Sometimes new JN sites get "Service Unavailable" error

Everytime ServerPilot adds a new host it asks apache to restart for reloading the new config for the new site. At that moment, all unix socket file handlers get closed and php-fpm deletes the file, so if someone’s doing a request you get to see that. So it’s like a random thing that can happen

More details:

That happens when changing the PHP version, creating an app, or removing an app because PHP-FPM's graceful reload currently doesn't support adding or removing FPM pools - only reloading existing ones.
