Flag "let's us do" or "let's me do" #426

I was positive I'd made a generic issue for mixing up lets and let's and was going to link to it, but I must not have completed it because I can't find it (-: |
May I suggest a clearer wording? "Expression" is ambiguous. I would say some people think "let's" is a verb. Specifically a third-person singular present. But most people don't know the linguistics jargon of course. "Let's" is a contraction of a verb and pronoun and also has a name in linguistics jargon that I can't quite remember... "Hortative"! So maybe we could use the linguistics jargon here in a github issue but not in harper settings and documentation. Maybe: `Some people think "let's" is just a regular verb, and don't get that "let's" is a contraction of "let us". I might add that native English speakers are largely confused by the |

I opened #470 because I felt a new problems emerged when talking about the "let's pronoun" that is described and discussed here. Please note, it's because I like to sort things. At the end everything might be merged in the same linter, maybe. So please discuss about "lets verb" and "let verb" in |
