This is very common among non-native speakers and I've been getting the impression that it's just starting to spread into young native English speakers too.
A ten years old kid → A ten year old kid
A 64 bits CPU → A 64 bit CPU
Actually, multi-word qualifiers should be written with hyphens connecting all the words, but this should be a separate setting/preference since it seems to have largely fallen out of favour in the last couple of decades:
A ten-year-old kid
A 64-bit CPU
But even so you sometimes even see things like this:
A ten-years-old kid
A 64-bits CPU
