This is very common among non-native speakers and I've been getting the impression that it's just starting to spread into young native English speakers too.

  • A ten years old kid → A ten year old kid
  • A 64 bits CPU → A 64 bit CPU

Actually, multi-word qualifiers should be written with hyphens connecting all the words, but this should be a separate setting/preference since it seems to have largely fallen out of favour in the last couple of decades:

  • A ten-year-old kid
  • A 64-bit CPU

But even so you sometimes even see things like this:

  • A ten-years-old kid
  • A 64-bits CPU

Here I'll collect ones I see in the wild:

  • Yep, it's a 50-minutes episode!
  • A 56 minutes long video by Jimmy?
