VS Code: "Add … to dictionary" not updated #315

I just changed "BlitzJS" to "Blitz" using the "Quick Fix" in VS Code.
Now "Blitz" has still a blue line and the the "add to dictionary" action still uses the previous term "BlitzJS"

Update: I had to close & reopen the file to get the system to update itself.

@mcecode, is this is a known (resolved) issue? Do we just need to roll a release to fix this?

I can't reproduce this with both the master build or the latest release build bundled with the extension (v0.12.0). Here's a clip of me trying to reproduce the issue:

Does this only happen when trying to replace BlitzJS with Blitz or does this also occur for other words?

@tordans, can we get more details about your system? It looks like you're using MacOS, is that correct?
