Layout Grid: Support setting the gutter to spacingSizes/spacingScale values #343

Currently, the Gutter setting in the Layout Grid block allows you to set the following values:

  • No gutter
  • Small: 8px
  • Medium: 16px
  • Large: 24px
  • Huge: 48px

If the active theme has a theme.json file with spacingSizes or a spacingScale set, those values should also be included in the list of gutter values.
