Benchmarking of Simod v3.5.24

This are the benchmarking results of the recent version of Simod (v3.5.24) run with differentiated and pooled resources against the version in Spring 2023 that David used in the paper. Smaller the better:

These are the results for:

• Simod 3.5.25 (pooled) where we removed resource pool discovery at each iteration and did it only once instead
• Simod 3.5.24 (differentiated and pooled)
• Simod version in Spring 2023
