Add "Wait for Element/s" to Conditions and Loops

Say we have a While loop or a simple Condition block where we look for the presence/Existence of an element, we currently must add a delay block in front of them

Other blocks have the very helpful "Wait for Element" option where a maximum number of milliseconds is defined, so perhaps this functionality can be extended (as a single parameter for the block) to these multi condition elements as well.
