[Bug]: Budget insulated gloves reroll when put back into the product receptor

Describe the issue

When vended, budget insulated gloves have a random amount of shock protection, ranging from 0% shock to over 100%.
When inserted back into the YouTool and vended again, this is reset and rerolled, allowing you to repeatedly reroll the gloves until you get full shock protection

How to reproduce

Hack YouTool machine to allow it to dispense budget gloves
Dispense glove
Check protection using multitool
Click on machine with glove to manually restock
Repeat
