Describe the bug
Hovering mouse over evidence button does nothing anymore

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. hover over evidence
  2. The name that appears is for the selected evidence, not hovered

Expected behavior
The hovered evidence name appears, when the evidence is no longer hovered the selected evidence name appears instead

Seems like the hover event is detected correctly, but the hovered evidence name is not used.
