AO2 currently ships a functional, albeit gimped AO2 Server. Why?

Solution :
During a refactor of courtroom remove the reliance on a network connection to handle chat messages. We use Qt folks, signal/slot should not be a new feature to you.

Correct. This was a hack to begin with.
