Custom parser

Not exactly an issue, more of a feature request.
I wanted to use roslint with this package and I was wondering how I can change the command from running instead of g++ (+ a bunch of arguments), just running catkin_make roslint_
The output can be regex'd to look for errors only in the current file, but from reading your code I couldn't find an easy way to change all of these.

Otherwise very cool project!
