Feature to refresh feeds

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some feeds will show no content or chore release as the only info from GitHub release updates. When clicking on the link to go to the release update, it shows much more information. I suspect that it is just from an auto-updater and then content is added later.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have an option to set a refresh interval of feeds or have a manual button or link to refresh all unread feeds or even all feeds. The current refresh button doesn't refresh the feed content, it only refreshes the page shown like a browser refresh does.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Clicking the link to go to the page for more information since I don't get it within the feed itself.
