Why did I download the Chinese input method, when I switched to the Chinese input method, it was still English when I made the input

What are u using? Athena Nix or Athena Arch? Which locale settings did u set during the installation? Do you keep English keyboard layout after the installation?

Athena Arch,locale: zh_CN.UTF-8 ,I have two keyboard layouts, Chinese and English, and whatever type of input I use, it's all English

It seems you are installing an old ISO... Did you try to download Athena Nyx prerelease?

I install the ISO called athena-2023.06.23-x86_64.iso yesterday ,I don't konw how to install the lastest Athena ,Because there are very few tutorials on this in China.

Click on "Get It" button. You will get the ISO u need

This video was from the old ISO or new one you just downloaded?

Since you are from China, I suspect that the Great Firewall blocks some connections. Can you use a VPN for the installation?

Just now I see that I didn't install VPN plugins on Network Manager, sorry. Thank you very much for reporting this issue.

I just added them and I regenerated the ISO. Could you please download the ISO again?

Once you are in the Live Environment, click on:

and then you can choose the VPN type you need:

and finally click on "Create..." to configure it according to your VPN.

I'm currently using the openvpn service for installing the lastest Athena OS, and it seems like I'll be able to use Athena OS right away! If successful, I will make a pdf of my installation process for other people to use as a reference. Finally, thank you again for your hard work on Athena OS!
