Is Apex 7 supported? Similar kb to apex 3 #8

Hi, wondering if apex 7 would work, its very similar to the apex 3.

While I can easily make ApexCtl recognize the Apex 7 just like the Apex 3, actually getting things to work is a different story.

Judging by how the Apex 3 fared in #6 (tl;dr it doesn't actually work), I'm not confident that the Apex 7 can be put to work either.
