Add SafetyPlan example in Example App

This is something that would be helpful for me personally. In the example app, I would like there to be a Safety Plan set up view, and another view that has the Safety Plan fallbacks implemented so the end users can see how changing the Safety Plan affects the software, and for developers to have better examples of how to handle it. I'm not sure this will be before the Verena launch, but we should definitely do it prior to Aetheria.
