Don't know why it slipped my brain until right now, but Aureus needs a newsletter component.

Some design ideas. I want to obviously make it beautiful and not scummy, if that makes sense. Potential to integrate into the NotificationMaster observer as well, so this would be developing the component itself and then integration into NotificationMaster and notification manager view.
