Update `Types of Contribution` to reflect that we don't accept _typo-fixes_ style of contributions.

## Types of Contribution

We welcome any types of contributions that can improve the project/network in any shape or form, may it be directly to the Astar repository codebase, feedback, or making community contributions. You don't have to be a developer to contribute to the network.
We are an open source project and will accept contributions which fix an issue, provide a new required feature, etc.
However, at this time, we're not accepting pull requests which aim to fix typos, change comment wording, rename variables, etc.
