While Searching Patient's data, There should be an age range to view patients that belongs to a certain age group.

This is already handled within the app logic. We search for ±4 years.

Implement +4 to -4 years by default & also provide a user customisable age range option. User customisable age range is more handy for data review.
Like: 45+ years, 60+ years or 8-16 years.
