At the moment I recommend to use SOAP API, more completed.

Here you can find some documentation, https://kb.cloud.it/api.aspx, even if I am sorry to say is not up to date. I recommend to use version 2.9, in the documentation the wsdl url is related to release 2.8. The described methods exist also in the 2.9 release.

Hi, I'm also a technical writer and would really like to contribute if you still need it?

not up to date and disorganized to the point of being nearly useless.

one can also find my Java or Python code useful.

Hi there, I'm new to GitHub. While I've done aspects of technical writing in previous job roles, I'm now looking to get into technical writing professionally, which is why I'm trying to find open source RESTful API projects to help contribute documentation towards. I was wondering if you might have any issues that you may still need some help with?
