To make start_process work, you need to set up either organization level or repository level secrets for Github Actions:

• AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID(AWS User arseny_admin)
• AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY
• INSTANCE_ID(ArsenyAnalysis EC2 instance)
• INSTANCE_IP(Elastic IP)
