Just thought there should be a note of this somewhere.

Google has created an enhanced ecommerce plugin that will probably be useful to a lot of people.

It should be relatively easy to add support for it but it's a bit of a monotonous task. If anyone wants to implement this I'm happy to give more detailed instructions. Mainly you need to create an EnhancedEcommerceOptions class with a method for each of the plugins parameters.
