[release] Terminaux v5.0.0: Fifth Terminal!

After three months, Terminaux 5.x.x series has started with this initial version meant to give you brand new features, as well as some improvements.

Changes

This release contains a variety of changes, including, but not limited to:

• [+] Added text/hex editor/viewer
• [+] Added screen buffer and part visibility control
• [+] Added new color transformations
• [*] Improved some APIs
• [*] Fixed mouse CPU usage being high
• [*] Resize listener goes back to Terminaux
• [*] Re-written table renderer
• [*] Modernized the borders
• [*] General improvements and bug fixes
• [-] Removed Terminaux.ResizeListener
