[Bug] Lock page should not prevent viewing row document #7563

Bug Description

If a page is locked, a user is not able to open the document associated with the database.

How to Reproduce

Lock a page and try to open a row document, on both desktop and mobile app.

Expected Behavior

The row document should be viewable but not editable.

Operating System

All supported OS
