It would be really cool to allow StreamManager contracts to be mintable and collectible as NFTs, so they can be used as collateral for loans and other interesting ideas. At the same time, we don't want to mess with the simplicity of the StreamManager contract in fulfilling this purpose, so we make this purely opt-in by using the contract address as the token ID
