Users can access files they shouldn't or can't access those they should.

When the LVFS is running as a standard user, that user (seems to) have the correct access to all files (with some accesses being restricted to programs running as admin), but other users also have that user's access level, which may be less than, the same, or greater than their own.

When the LVFS is running as Admin, all users get admin access to all files, which is either greater than or the same as their own.
