De situatie

Currently there is no strategy for versioning of RAP and student prototype.
Instead the tag latest is used to update the deployments on AKS.

TODO:

Create a versioning strategy so that specific versions can be deployed.
Edit the existing GitHub actions to make use of this strategy.
