Navigation Bar Alignment Issue and Incorrect Command in README for Running the App

The "About & Feedback" button in the navigation bar causes the grey box to expand and misalign when hovered over or clicked.
Also the command to run readme are written wrong, it should be streamlit run instead of npm start

Please assign it under gssoc ext'24 level2 and hacktoberfest
