Cannot add admins

Hello, i can't use the commands to add admins (im not sure how it works)

i try to modify the database but i dont know with id or identifir put there.
i set ACE to true so i be admin with mi pj but the commands dont work and f9 dost show anything,

adding with /addadmin [id] doest work too

Its not /addadmin, its addadmin in the console, but if its realy not work, go in your DB and put manualy your license :
