Currently we are only using connection information to estimate the downstream meter count. This results in poles having an overestimate on the number of downstream meters because their count is based on the downstream meters of each line that the pole supports.
For a better estimate, use the spatial position of the asset within a line to compute downstream meters in greater resolution.
