Maybe they need to update the repository to use Github Actions for automatic build of binaries

I'd been setting up TC for automatic building, because I became tired of Travis but unfortunately my laptop died while I was in the middle of the migration. I got it back in January, but my college exams already had started, so I had to put this work aside. I still have two more this weekend and if everything goes well, then I should finish that migration in a short time. In the meantime you could try to compile it locally.
