Use GroupBy observables and pipe all messages to the same subject. To implement this it would be nice to have the whoAmI in the schema.

Should wait for a decision on AllenNeuralDynamics/aind-data-schema#632 as having the whoami would be essential to check if the correct device was connected to.

While we can hack the come up with our own operator, it would be nice to make this change to the harp core. See bonsai-rx/harp#83.
