Contact and notification ways

Note the inner notification way behaviour...

When the contact has one of this parameter defined:

   host_notifications_enabled    	0
   service_notifications_enabled 	0
   host_notification_period         24x7
   service_notification_period      24x7
   min_business_impact              2

then Alignak will create an inner notification way with all the five parameters ... even if some are not defined in the contact configuration. This may lead to strange configuration ...

thie inner notification way is created even if the contact still hasa defined notificatio nway !
