This PR adds my contributions to the Hacktoberfest repository by completing all three tasks:

  1. ✅ Added my name to CONTRIBUTORS.md

    • Name: Pramodh
    • Location: Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India
    • Bio: Web developer using Java and Blockchain enthusiast

  2. ✅ Created profile page

    • Added profiles/Pramodh.md with my information including location, academics, interests, and development focus

  3. ✅ Created Hello World script

    • Added scripts/hello_world_pramodh7860.js in JavaScript
  • Updated CONTRIBUTORS.md with my contributor information
  • Created new file profiles/Pramodh.md
  • Created new file scripts/hello_world_pramodh7860.js
