Hey Alias. You can find this modal by looking up a company and trying to find information about their reviews, interviews, or salaries. I've attached a screenshot of an example of Meta. This usually triggers after clicking around on a few different pieces of information.

Something like this modal also shows up if you have an account but haven't left a company review or salary in a while.
