Text element is bigger than it should be

Hey,

I know that this might be a little bit fussy, but I don't like it that a user can not select / drag an element next to a text element if they are beneath each other:

What can be done to prevent this?
I know that it's the transformation that causes this.

Could someone fix it? That would be awesome!
