[Bug] Waybar wlr/taskbar module "all-outputs" option does not work (Arch/Hyprland)

Setting "all-outputs" to true has no effect, only the apps on the current display that waybar is operating are shown in the apps module.

Expected behaviour: As per the man page, I would expect all applications no matter what output they are on to show in waybar.

I have been able to replicate this issue on two other devices, including one using waybar git.

i take it back, yes i see it. my bad i am really really stupid.

(i had two conflicting taskbar modules)
