Can you add a customizable button next to the "Minimize, Maximize and Close" buttons? Or at least the "Always on top" button?

According to this, it may no longer be possible but I want to hear from the specialists before I close this issue.

It is possible. You can study project PinWin. Unfortunately, I have no plans to add such button to the SSM.
