Feature Request: Link Headers

Hi Alex,

How about auto-linking to headers within the note or across the vault, e.g.:

Paragraph heading: [[[[1.2 Plato's Philosophy#Platonism|Plato]]

In this case, the paragraph's heading appears as "Plato", but refers to a heading on another note entitled "Platonism", in the note entitled "1.2 Plato's Philosophy".
