Resolve github vulnerability warning on the alerts-ui project

Expected behavior

There is no vulnerability warning on the GitHub project page.

Actual behavior

GitHub is displaying a vulnerability warning that seems to be related to the angular build tools.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Fork the repository.
2. Go to the forked repository page.
3. The warning will be displayed.

I'm going to put this down again as i have been unable to get the unit and e2e tests running locally, possibly a versioning issue, sorry!

To be honest, I'm not sure if the angular tests even work, the fix for this issue doesn't require running the tests at all, it is mostly updating dependencies.
