Percentage quite off sometimes

I'm using the latest 1.12 version and the loaded percentage looks to be fine at the beginning, then as it gets close to the end it jumps back 10 or 20 percent and slowly works its way up past 100, resulting in something like this https://imgur.com/a/jJ715Ti
