- Renamed all 'full' price functions to 'dirty' prices
- Added ex_div_days to Bond constructor
- Removed face amount from bond construction
- Face amount for bonds is entered when calculating payments, accrued or principal.
- Face amount is not an intrinsic member of the bond class
