Please add more details about system requirements

The current documentation addresses mostly developers with enough background about the system setup (hopefully) but it might be necessary to have more details for non-experienced users.
Just as an example:

  Preparing metadata (pyproject.toml) ... error
  error: subprocess-exited-with-error

  × Preparing metadata (pyproject.toml) did not run successfully.
  │ exit code: 1
  ╰─> [6 lines of output]

      Cargo, the Rust package manager, is not installed or is not on PATH.
      This package requires Rust and Cargo to compile extensions. Install it through
      the system's package manager or via https://rustup.rs/

  note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.

not a big issue - but it could be listed as a requirement already

Thank you for pointing this out. Currently for python 3.13 not all dependencies are available on pypi. I will update the documentation.
