WebRTC/WHIP does not work.

Describe the bug
Problems with Webrtc WHIP (not work).

To Reproduce
Send a stream with "whip" direction with OvenPlayer (as described in the documentation).
Example: "wss://server.local:3334/app/stream-01?direction=whip&transport=tcp".

Expected behavior
I would have expected it to work like with the "send" direction.

Have you tested it here?

It only supports direction=send (OvenMediaEngine's own defined signaling protocol)

Try testing it with a WHIP Client like OBS.

oops .. sorry!
I confused the 'wss' and 'https' protocols.

I tested the OvenMediaEngine whip with this patch for ffmpeg, and it works really well.
