Diced steak with black pepper sauce 黑椒牛柳

Ingredients 配料

Beef steak(any, e.g. sirloin, rump, rib eye) 牛排肉

Butter 黄油

Salt 盐

Grounded black pepper 黑胡椒碎

Black pepper sauce 黑胡椒酱

Steps 步骤

  1. Dice the beef to rectangle shape

将牛肉切成条状

  1. Place a piece of butter into the pot and wait for it heats

在锅内加入黄油,等其热开

  1. Put the beef into the pot, add salt and grounded black pepper on it.

将牛肉放入锅中,两面撒盐和黑胡椒碎

  1. Stir the beef until the blood inside the meat is gone.

翻炒牛肉至血水从肉中流出

  1. Add black pepper sauce to well-cover the beef, stir the beef again around 1-2 minutes.

加入黑胡椒酱,扮均牛肉并继续翻炒1-2分钟后即可出锅。

Notes 注意事项

  1. Do not add too much salt or black pepper sauce otherwise the dish may be too salty, as the black pepper sauce contains salt.

调味过程中不需要加太多盐或黑胡椒酱,这两个配料都是偏咸的,出菜的时候可能会影响口感。

  1. If there is no steak, you can use brisket or other diced beef.

如果没有牛排肉,可以使用牛腩或者其他碎牛肉代替(不能是牛杂)

  1. You can get the black pepper sauce in Oriental store. I use the one branded Lee Kum Kee.

黑胡椒酱可以在东方超市内购得,文中使用的是李锦记的黑胡椒酱。
