Seafood Noodles(Souped) 海鲜汤面

Ingredients 配料

Pasta(spaghetti, fusilli, macaroni) or other Chinese style of noodles 面条(可使用意面或中式面)

Salt 盐

Spicy Oil 红油

Scallop 瑶柱

Mussel 贻贝(青口)

Shrimp 虾仁

Seafood sticks 蟹肉棒

Lettuce 生菜

Ginger(3-4 slices) 生姜(3-4片)

Steps 步骤

  1. Boil the water in the pot

    在锅内烧开水

  2. Place the noodles, salt and spicy oil into the pot.

    将面条放入锅内,倒入红油和盐调味

  3. Add other ingredients into the pot, cover the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes.

    将其他配料加入,盖锅煮10-15分钟

Notes 注意事项

  1. The spicy oil used is mainly QiaoTou's products(includes seasame), the purpose of using it is for the smell and the flavor of the dish.

    本文主要使用的红油来自于桥头的红油(带芝麻),目的是使面更香且带有些许辣味。

  2. The use of ginger in this dish is to remove seafood smell

    使用姜是为了去除海鲜的腥味

  3. The differences of main ingredients(noodles or pastas) vary cooking time, as noodles usually takes shorter and pastas may takes longer.

    烹调时间由使用的面食决定,一般中式面条会耗时短,而意面会耗时长
