Egg Sausage Fried Rice 蛋肠炒饭

Ingredients 配料

Cooked Rice 白米饭

Butter 黄油

Sausage 香肠

Eggs 鸡蛋

Soy Sauce 生抽

Steps 步骤

1. Cut the sausage to slices

   将香肠切成块状

2. Heat the butter in the pan

   在锅内热黄油

3. Place the cooked rice into the pan and stir the pan

   将煮好的米饭放入锅内翻炒

4. Add eggs and sausage into the pan, mix and stir the pan

   放入鸡蛋和香肠继续翻炒

5. Add soy sauce into the pan, continue string

   加入酱油，混匀后继续翻炒

6. Try the rice and check if it is ready to serve

   尝试一下味道，看看是否能出菜

Notes 注意事项

1. There are a variety of sausage can be used, for example, frankfruters, Chinese Sausage. However, Salami and Hot Dogs are not suitable for this dish.

   本菜品可使用腊肠或鸡肉肠做，然而意式香肠和热狗并不适合。

2. It is recommended to use dried cooked rice. Remember do not use raw rice for this dish!!!!!

   本菜品推荐使用较为干的米饭或者剩饭烹调，切记不是没煮的米饭！！！
