The instructions in the Initialize the Default Dapp Template show using a template that is not the default:

agoric init --dapp-template dapp-card-store demo

We could change the heading, but our CMS seems to derive anchors from the heading text, so that would cause a bit of trouble for incoming links such as...

What makes Agoric so rapid in development is its Default Dapp Template, -- Exploring Agoric's Tech Arsenal: How These Cutting-Edge Solutions Reshape Web3 Landscape - TechBullion

Another option is to change the default in agoric init (which would start with an agoric-sdk issue).
