Cannot create new property type #352
Description
Attempting to add a new property type on "Add Property Type" page, with the "Boolean" handler, the "Documentation" category and with the "MAARC" domain as the only allowed domain, results with the following error:
Could not create property type: Duplicate entry 'Boolean' for key 'property_type_handler_u1'
