Move download update button to a popup window rather than always shown

Currently download update button is shown all the time underneath the check for updates button. The download update button is disabled unless an update is found but it does look slightly confusing this way, better to move the download button to a modal popup and then only present it to user if there is an update found, otherwise report no update found.
