Where are the save files located?

I installed the executable and trying to find the save files. Where are they?

Can anyone help me? The Social Empires exe opens but does not provide the code, and closes by itself, saying there is a Python DLL39 error, but I have already downloaded all the DLLs and it still does not work.

It is located in the same directory as the .exe file and is named 'saves'.
